Hi, Just a few words about myself. I am now retired and to keep me occupied I sell digital cameras and sometimes other items on the net. I have reached Power Seller status on ebay but am new to ebid. I pride myself on my service to customers which can be borne out by my ebay feedback. I always post using Royal Mail Recorded Signed For delivery, which is an insured service and one that I have found to be reliable. Wherever possible I post as soon as I can after payment is received. In the very unlikely event of you receiving faulty goods I will replace them free of charge and refund postage costs. I do not however offer any refunds, for whatever reason. The reason for this is, I work to a very tight margin and can only recover costs from the manufacturer if the goods are faulty. That said I have sold very nearly 1000 cameras and the failure rate is very very small, less than 0.5%. Buy with confidence!
