Welcome

We are a family run business and we sell a wide range of crystals, minerals, healing jewellery and beads. We stock over 250 different crystals at last count so if you do not see what you are looking for it is likely we have it. Please do contact us we are always happy to help.

I hope you enjoy any crystals or jewellery you buy from us. However, if you have any questions or queries please email me and I will do my very best to sort it out. Communication is always the key to every solution!!

Trading terms and conditions

Please be aware that we are all different and what works for one person may not be the right thing for you. Our crystals and jewellery are for easing symptoms and helping you to heal your self. They are not meant to be used as a substitute for medical attention but complimentary to it. Please also be aware that all my words in all my listings are under copyright. Please check sizes before bidding and be aware that some photos are enlarged for clarity purposes and colours can differ slightly.

Payment
To be made within 7 days of auction end, but the sooner you pay, the sooner I can dispatch your item. Cheques over £10.00 will have to clear before dispatch. Please make cheques payable to: Hilary Ottaway. Payment methods accepted for the UK are Paypal, Personal Cheques and Postal Orders. Paypal only for the rest of the world.

Postage
We aim to post within 48 hours or less of receiving cleared payment. We post Monday to Friday. If there is a delay with your item we will let you know via email. We will also notify you of dispatch. We post all items via First Class post and always obtain proof of posting.

Multiple purchases
We are more then happy to combine postage costs on multiple purchases. You will pay the highest amount and half of all the rest, however, please request an invoice before payment as it may be a lot less depending on the weight of the items you've bought. You can combine purchases over a 7 day period but please let us know after you win the first item that you are doing this via end the seller a question. When you have bought all the items you want you can request your final invoice with reduced postage or wait for me to send one.

Returns
If you are not happy for any reason please email me within 7 days and I will do my very best to sort out any queries you have.Communication is always the key to every solution!! If you wish to return your purchase, please make sure it is in the condition it arrived in and send with your details for a refund. Post and packaging is non refundable and returns must be made within 14 days.

Crystals are precious pieces of our earth and I would like to know that they got to their new home safely so please leave feedback when they arrive.We will always leave feedback for you.
