WELCOME
We are very happy you are paying us a visit to our clothes for women web store.

We sell a large range of up to date fashionable clothing for all shapes and sizes including plus sizes for the larger lady at great prices.

Our Brand Label is called Innocence, UK customers may have seen this label in New Look, Jane Norman and other high street outlets; we are able to sell at much cheaper prices and despatch orders directly from the manufacture straight to you.
 


We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on any item returned to us within 30 days of your receipt of goods, provided they are still in their original packaging, undamaged and in an unused condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons we are unable to accept retuned items that have been used. We suggest that you make any returns to us by recorded/special delivery as we regret we cannot be held responsible for any good lost in the post to us. A full refund excluding the delivery charge will be given.
 
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part we will be happy to refund all delivery charges incurred.
 
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days, from the day the contract is concluded (receipt of goods). Should you wish to cancel your order under these regulations it must be in writing, or by e-mail. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. All item(s) returned under these regulations must be received by us within 7 days and be unopened, unused, in the original manufacturers packaging and in a re-sellable condition. Under these regulations all goods are returned at your expense

Payment:
I accept payment by PayPal.
Payment via PayPal must be made immediately. Please be aware you are forming a legally binding contract when your place a bid or click the buy button. Please allow 5 working days for PayPal  e-cheques to clear.

Dispatch:
All items are despatched first class recorded within 2 working days of cleared payments. Usually sooner.

We post to the UK and Europe and other if your destination isn’t listed please ask?
Any custom chargers are the buyer’s responsibility. To date I have had no problems. If for any reason I can't post to your country I will inform you and re-fund you straight away. Feel free to ask first.
 

Lost or delayed:
In the unlikely event of an item not being received after 5 days of order please get in touch with us to trace your item or we can give you the recorded delivery number to track on the Royal Mail website. If your item gets returned to us by Royal Mail due to you not being in or collecting it from your local sorting office, you will incur an additional postage charge for re-posting. If you wish to be refunded I will refund you 80% of your total cost, this is to take into account P&P costs, eBid & PayPal fees.


Feedback:
Please leave feedback when you receive your purchase and we will do the same. If for any reason you are not happy please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve any problem for you. Negative fed back will not fix a problem nor hurry a situation; we want all our customers to be happy with their purchases and our service. 

Out of stock:
We do our best to keep our inventory up to date but it may happen that an item is out of stock but still visible on eBid. In this rare case we have the right to contact the buyer and offer a solution, in most cases we are waiting on new stock and will send ASAP. In the event a buyer doesn’t want to wait we will offer a full refund. In any event positive fed back will always be issued when a transaction is cancelled due to an issue our end.  We reserve the right to cancel any transaction where a buyer may have transmitted incorrect or fraudulent information, or whose eBid profile shows an unusual rate of negative fed back.
