ChilternFeed are based in Buckinghamshire and sell top quality horse feed supplements and other equestrian riding products. We stand by the quality of the products we sell and will always offer pre-sales advice where we can.
Shipping:
We aim to despatch all sales by the next day and will use the most economical way of getting your products to you. Our postage and package prices genuinely reflect our costs in safely getting your item to you. Please bear in mind that apart from the actual postage costs, we also have to include a small amount for secure packaging and the cost of actual carrying out the work.
We cannot guarantee to dispatch items by courier at weekends or bank holidays. You may contact us after the auction is you wish to choose another form of shipping.
We prefer payment by PayPal but will also take other forms of payment including PPP. Please contact us after the sale if you wish to
Returns Policy:
After receiving your order you have 14 days to return any damaged, unwanted or faulty products. Before you return any goods you must contact us, as goods returned without prior notification may not be refunded. All unwanted goods must be returned at the purchaser’s expense and in their original condition, in original packaging, undamaged and unused. Returned items should be adequately packaged and returned at the purchaser’s risk. We will not accept responsibility for returned products until we have signed for the goods and ensured that they in their original condition. We therefore recommend goods are returned by recorded delivery and fully insured. If a returned item is not in new condition or has been opened, the full purchase price will not be refunded or credited. Provided the goods are returned in perfect condition, we will arrange a refund by the same method as the original payment, within 4 days of the return.
None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected by our policies.
