I am UK based with a buyer in China who purchases the cameras and monitors and then ships them on to me. This way we get the items at local prices which means I can offer quality at low cost. As a business seller if you are not satisfied with the goods you have bought you can return them for a full refund. The goods must be in their original packing and in saleable condition. You must notify me within 14 days of my posting the goods of your intention to return them. All the goods I sell are guaranteed for 12 months. If an item breaks down in that time through a manufacturing fault then I will replace it. You are not covered for damage caused by misuse or improper fitting. You are responsible for its return postage to me. I aim to do postage at or near cost price. If an item goes missing in the post on its way to you I will send a replacement on receipt of a signed confirmation you have not received it. I will then claim on the insurance myself so you are not having to wait till the claim is settled before receiving the goods. If you make a payment from an unconfirmed address then I reserve the right to seek further evidence before dispatching the goods that you are resident at that address.
