Bucks Bazaar is the eBid trading ID of Holly Close Ltd, a registered UK Company. We trade on a number of online auction sites, and we have a long history and positive feedback rating selling the same, and similar, items on other sites - feel free to contact us if you want to know more.
Our philosophy is simple - to bring as wide a range of items to the market, offering real value and service, as we can.
Our trading practices are equally simple:
- Listings - we try to make every listing as clear as possible with a good description, and photographs of the actual item, not stock photographs.
- Stock - all our items are in our own stock in the UK.
- Dispatch - we try to dispatch next day wherever possible, sometimes the same day depending upon time of purchase. We use Royal Mail or other courier depending on the item, and will always show the type of postage offered on each listing so you know what to expect.
- Returns - we accept returns. If you change your mind within 7 days simply return the item and packaging in a saleable undamaged condition for a full refund of the purchase price. Return postage costs to be borne by the buyer.
- Communication - very important to us - you can email us at any time before or after a sale with any questions you might have. We will always reply.
