Postage and Packaging!
My P&P charges are purely that. The intention is not to charge more than is necessary to cover costs and expenses.
Where possible combined postage reductions will be offered, either automatically or via an amended invoice.
The aim is to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment. This will obviously be longer at Weekends and Bank Holidays.
Payment methods!
Paypal is my preferred payment method.
I also accept cheques, postal orders, bankers drafts. If using any of these methods, please make payable and post to:- Paul Rumming, 17 Wentworth Close, Longlevens, Gloucester, GL2 9RB. Please bear in mind that goods will not be posted until payment has been banked and cleared.
Payments should be made within 7 days of purchase. If there are any problems with this please contact me so that we discuss/resolve the matter.
Returns and refunds!
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for full refund, or exchange. Please contact me to inform me of any problems and your intention to return goods. For returns, please also include all original packaging and a covering letter stating item number and your eBid ID so that a refund can be made if appropriate. The buyer is responsible for return postage. The cost of the item will be refunded less any postage charges incurred.
