Items found to be faulty on receipt due to a manufacturer fault must be returned within 7 days. If the item is NOT in original condition or NOT in original manufacturers packaging and is faulty, the buyer must NOT return the item to the seller but use the manufacturers warranty process. Returned items must be returned in the original manufacturers packaging with all parts and instructions. Return PP & Handling and costs incurred by the seller for shipping the original item are not refundable. If an item is returned to the seller and it is found to have a manufacturing fault, a replacement item will be supplied by return. Returned items found NOT be faulty due to a manufacturing fault, damaged or misused will be returned to the buyer. The buyer will be responsible for return postage in this instance and it will be charged at cost. If the item is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing fault and a refund is requested and agreed by the seller, a refund of the item purchase price, less the costs incurred in the original handling & shipping of the item, will be made. Return P&P & Handling charges are not refundable. |
Our postage charges include not only shipping fee, but also packaging fee, transport charge, handling fee, and other expenses. Please ensure that you fully understand and accept the shipping and handling charges before bidding on our items. All items we ship to the UK are posted using the Royal Mail Postal Service and are covered by the Post Office Compensation Scheme. Occasionally a parcel is lost in transit by the Post Office. In this case, the seller will process any claim required for the buyer after 15 working days from the date of posting, as per the Post Office rules. Please note that under the Post Office Ebid Lost Parcels Process, the Post Office compensation scheme does not always refund postage, packing & handling charges. In some cases they refund the item price only. We have no control over this as it is a Post Office Process. Once the compensation is paid by the Post Office to the seller for a lost parcel, the buyer will be refunded the total amount recovered from the post office. Items shipped outside the UK are only covered by a compensation process if the postage method chosen by the buyer includes compensation. The seller will abide by the rules of the postage method and compensation process chosen by non-UK buyers. |
