We are dedicated to providing a select range of quality cookware.
We regularly check our prices and are confident we offer excellect value. However If you find any of our products available at a lower price on any other UK website you are welcome to use the 'make an offer' facility on ebid for our consideration.
We aim to dispatch items straight from stock from our professional warehouse facility within 2 working days (Monday to Friday) of receiving your order.
As we know you like to receive your cookware as soon as possible we use a Courier 48 Hour delivery service for all items dispatched from the Warehouse to the UK mainland (excluding the Highlands). Deliveries to Scotland may be via Royal Mail at our discretion and will take longer.
Couriers attempt to adhere to the collection/delivery timescales, but are not guaranteed

Returns Policy:
We want you to be delighted with your order. If you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any time from the day you placed the order, up to 7 working days starting the day after you received the goods. A refund of all monies including postage and packing charges will be made on return of the goods within 14 days.
You must take reasonable care of the product while in your possession.
Where the goods are not faulty, or not wrongly described, or not wrongly delivered by us, the goods must be returned at your cost.
All products are offered subject to availability and may be withdrawn if all stock is sold or an error is made in the listing. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be given a full refund & Gourmet Cookware's liability shall be limited to a refund of the purchase price.
