Hi and thank you for stopping by! I sell Classic Mustang Parts. I have always loved the early model Mustangs especially the 1966 Mustang Coupe. I have owned about seven Mustangs since the age of seventeen, not all at one time. My first Mustang was purchased with money I saved plus graduation money. It was a red coupe with parchment interior and green front bucket seats out of a Cougar. It had the straight 200cid engine and it ran like a champ. It was a straight six cylinder with great gas mileage! My next Mustang came several years later. A 1965 Coupe with a C-code engine and a 3-speed tranny. I ended up restoring the 1965 and eventually I sold it. At the same time I owned the 1965, I bought a 1966 Candy Apple Red Coupe with an A-code engine, Superior Suspension Package, all matching numbers, many other extras, but the greatest find about this 66 was what was in the glove box! I could not believe my luck! The Original Owner's Manual and the Original Purchase Order!! I am the 3rd owner and still have it today. Other Mustangs came and went over the years, but that 66 is definitely my favorite!
I started selling Classic Mustang Parts online in October of 2004 on that other auction site. I also sell locally. I have become very disillusioned about the other auction site. It is definitely time for a change. So here I am, selling on eBid!
I have learned a lot over the years about the many parts of the first generation Mustangs, but I am by no means an expert. Every day I learn more. I guess I am like many of our restorable classic cars, "a work in progress"! I have learned much over the years and I actively study the first generation of Ford Mustangs. I think to be an expert, you must work for Ford on the Mustang production line for 30 years. There is just so much one must know.
Currently, I am stripping a 1966 Coupe with a 200cid engine. I am sure I will learn a lot more from this experience.
