 A little bit about myself you can call me Tony I’m 55 years young and have being involved with PC tech since the mid-80s, I also enjoy good company, travel, fine food, wine & the odd beer, walking the outdoors all types of music. I am still very much hands on and still very much enjoy design testing and building systems using the latest kit, and turning up great deals for you. We do not batch build, each of our machines are custom built for you this enables you to change any part to suit your needs or budget.
  AA Computer Hardware is a small Family run business working alongside me are my Wife Son and Daughter and a small team in the warehouse. We have been running for over 12 years and pride ourselves providing a reliable friendly and above all a value for money service, many of our customers have stayed with us since we started out. Here at AA Computers, we understand all our customers want the peace of mind that in the event of you experiencing a problem with your PC, you’re covered for repair. As a result, all our NEW systems come with a 3 year standard return to base warranty!!! The 1st year standard warranty covers you for all necessary labour costs, replacement of faulty parts (if required),and a 90 day FREE collection and return service from the date of delivery (only for UK customers). Years 2 and 3 are labour only unless Faulty parts are covered by a manufactures warranty as is often the case, otherwise the cost of the replacement parts will be to you.

We do offer extended parts warranties which you can upgrade to from £39.00 please ask for details.

Important Terms

* Over clocking by the customer, system modifications or removal of any serial numbers will void the warranty. Operating systems and software are NOT covered by the warranty. If the problem is found to be caused through software, user error or accidental damage, then the repair will NOT be covered by the warranty and a return cost of £9.99 9 PC or System ) will apply to mainland UK customers (excluding Scottish highlands) and considerably more for customers outside mainland UK.

**In the event that something does go wrong during your warranty period, but this occurs outside your free UK collection & return window, you can either pay us a collection fee of £12.99 or return the system to us at your own cost and we will carry out the necessary repairs or return the faulty component to the manufacturer if needed, and then charge a one off fee of £9.99 ( PC or System )for the return of your system. For customers outside the UK you can return the faulty system at your own cost and once repaired we will contact you with a re-delivery quote.

***If a customer decides to have the order returned for any reason other than because of a fault (I.E. change of mind etc.) they can do this within the first 7 days after delivery, however they will have to return it at their own cost or they can pay a fee of £12.99 PC or System for us to collect the item from them. There is a further charge of £15.99 PC or System for the initial delivery cost and labour costs incurred, Smaller Items will be charged at a rate that it costs us. If being returned for a refund then these charges will be deducted from the refund given. The returned order MUST be unused and still be in a new, re-sellable condition otherwise the return will not be accepted.We aim to dispatch orders between 24-72 hours of your payment CLEARING in our account, PCs and bundles will be between 48-72 hours as we always run a 24 hour burn in stress test on our systems this helps ensure that your PC is stable and running in peak condition.

Orders within mainland UK* will be posted out on a fully insured, Inter Parcel 24 Hour Delivery Service usually FREE OF CHARGE (* This excludes Northern Ireland & Highlands for which there is a £13.99 charge) . Please contact us for rates outside mainland UK and anticipated delivery times as the price shown in the eBid checkout may be inaccurate.
Small Items are sent Via Royal Mail ( Proof of Posting is Always Obtained ), Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Specail Delivery as per Item Listing

Once your item has been dispatched customers will be sent a confirmation email with tracking detail’s to the email address registered on eBid.

Although 99% of our orders are delivered within 1-2 working days of dispatch, as with any delivery service, occasional unforeseen circumstances may delay the receipt of your order so please allow at least 3 days after receiving your dispatch confirmation email before contacting us.

Please make sure you check your shipping address on your eBid checkout is accurate as we will ONLY ship to this address.

All our computers come with full Transit insurance cover so you do not have to worry about damage in transit or your computer going missing. We cover all these costs and make the claim for you, whilst getting a replacement Pc out to you immediately.

We would be grateful if, when entering your DSRs for feedback, you would bear in mind that Dispatch time is how quickly AA Computers ship your item out and delivery time is how long the courier takes to get your item to you. Whilst we do everything we can to dispatch your item on time we have no control over the couriers' delivery times and must place our trust in their promise to deliver.
