Welcome to Vivana.  We are experienced online retailers with many ecommerce outlets including our own website, Amazon ministore, shops on ebay and ebid.

Since we began trading in October 2004, we have sought to offer customers a wide range of quality goods and excellent customer service.  Our feedback on these platforms speaks for itself, however we always like to hear from our customers who have ideas and requests.

As we are an ebusiness we abide by the Distance Selling Regulations and all our policies and terms reflect this.  If you have ANY concerns pre or post transaction please contact us so we can resolve.  We will always work with customers on any issues arising if we are given the opportunity to do so.

We accept Paypal.  When you win an item we will email you with the payment details.

Please pay within 7 days as we cannot hold goods any longer than that.

Our shipping rates are a follows: Please see the individual auction for this information.  If you wish to combine a few items together we will use the following calculation.  Most expensive p&p will be charged at the full published rate and all subsequent item p&p's will be charged at 50% of the published rate.  If you require a quote before purchasing, please contact us via ebid contact buttons.

We aim to ship your order within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment, however as we dispatch every week day at 4pm, most orders are dispatched the same day if we received cleared funds by 2pm.  All orders with cleared funds received after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day, or within our 2 working day timelimit. We don't dispatch at weekends, bank holidays or communication worker strike days.
