VacuumClearance.co.uk specialises in the sale of graded vacuums. We supply big brand makes such as Dyson, Miele, AEG, Vax, Samsung, Electrolux and many more. We offer a 12 Month guarantee with all our products so our customers can have complete piece of mind with their purchase. Graded vacuums offer a great discount on Original Retail Price. All our machines are professionally checked our qualified engineers. In addition, we are a major Dropshipper for a number of resellers on auction sites and website owners around throughout the UK.

From our Cardiff Distribution Center we dispatch quantity stock orders , single piece and small quantity orders to our customers and their customers. We actually hold the items we show as being available, as can be seen by our filling over 95% of orders the day we receive them at our Distribution Center.

We encourage you to communicate with us with both negative and positive comments through our Contact Page. We are always seeking ways to improve and welcome any suggestions of new products to add to our inventory. We have no coats and ties, our sleeves are rolled up and we are all involved in operations, ready to move on to the next order. Delivery Information

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you.

Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. We endevour to dispatch orders same day but some may take up to 2-3 days whilst we inspect items before packaging. Most vacuums will be sent in plain cardboard boxes with lots of internal packaging. Larger orders within the UK are sent via courier. Where possible we will send your tracking reference via email but will also update your order online so just sign in to view it.

Delivery

We Deliver to UK MAINLAND DELIVERY ADDRESSES ONLY, Free within Zone A, and to Zone B at £5 extra.

Other Zones. ie. Highlands, Islands and Ireland, Price upon request

We send all orders via Next Day UK Service with APC Overnight Ltd @ FREE/INCLUDED COST per unit. Free Delivery applies to Mainland England/Wales/Scotland only. (Zone A). There will be an extra charge for deliveries to Scotland Highlands of £5. Please select the appropriate delivery Zone at checkout to avoid the order being cancelled. Isalnds and Ireland prices upon request

We do NOT and can NOT deliver outside of UK due to manufacturer's/brand owners restrictions

Non-delivery and damaged delivery claims

In the event of loss vacuumclearance.co.uk will not accept a claim for loss until 7 days after posting. All claims must be submitted in writing and supported by a statement of loss. Claims must be submitted within 15 days of receipt of faulty item. No claim for loss will be accepted until the courier has verified the consignment has been lost. These are our couriers Policies which we are in no control of. If at all possible, pictures of the damaged item(s), as well as the package they were shipped in, should be taken and copies sent to us.

Availability

We aim to hold all items in stock at all times. However, sometimes a product is even more popular than we expected and there may be occasional delays. If so we will advise you at the time of ordering and give you our best estimate of delivery times.

Order Dispatch

For orders placed before 2pm (GMT) we aim to dispatch goods to you the same working day, Although this may be 2-3 days when we experience large numbers of sales that day. Orders placed on Fridays after 12 noon and on Saturdays and Sundays will be despatched Mondays.
