Some Information About SashasTreasures
Now for the Nitty Gritty boring (but essential) details
Payment: Must be made within 48 hours of purchase or receipt of invoice. My preferred payment method is Paypal, however if this is not possible I will accept sterling cheques drawn on a UK bank (please ask before buying) – please allow at least 5 working days for the payment to clear before dispatch. UK Buyers also have the option to pay using BACS direct from their UK Bank account (Please contact me for details)
Non paying Buyers: If payment has not been received within 7 Days a Non Paying Buyer case will be opened with Ebid and the sale cancelled
Postage: I will endeavour to ensure all items are posted within 1 day of purchase. I ALWAYS obtain a proof of posting.
(International Buyers, this is not the same as tracking, which is not available on items shipped outside of the UK using Royal Mail's Standard Airmail. If you wish to use a tracking service or extra insurance, please contact me to discuss)
My posting days are Monday to Friday. Any items bought over the weekend or a Bank Holiday will be posted the next available working day.
Multiple purchases: I will happily combine postage for multiple purchases – please request an invoice, but bear in mind that this will sometimes not be possible due to the nature and size of the packaging required
Returns & Refunds: In line with EU Distance selling regulations I will accept returns up to 14 days for any reason (this does not include custom orders) - buyers must pay the return postage costs. If you do encounter any problems or are unhappy with your purchase please contact me immediately by e-mail to let me sort out the problem amicably
Damaged Goods: Refunds will only be offered where it can be proven that an item is faulty. This will require its return to me, in the original packaging, for my inspection.
Feedback: I will issue feedback once I know the item has been safely received
International Buyers: The ONLY accepted method of payment is by Paypal
International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and any operators handling charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your Country's customs office to determine what these additional costs (if applicable) will be prior to buying.
Lost in Transit: It is rare but occasionally items do get lost in the post, though please allow a reasonable period for an item to be delivered. Delays can be caused by adverse weather, extra customs security checks, busy holiday periods, industrial action etc… please do bear these in mind before reporting an item as lost. For items posted to the US & Canada, Royal Mail will not even consider a parcel as missing until 25 'Working' days have elapsed since original shipping date so until this period has passed I cannot consider issuing any refunds.
Estimated Delivery Periods: These times are a guideline only as issued by Royal Mail and NOT a guaranteed delivery period (Working days are Monday – Friday)
UK: 1-3 Working Days
Europe: 3-8 Working Days
US & Canada: 5-15 Working Days (Please be aware that parcels may be delayed at customs, particularly at busy periods - This is beyond my control)
Australia: 7-15 Working Days
