Natwest Fastpay is our preferred method of payment. It's a fast, uncomplicated and secure method of sending instant payments online. Fastpay accept Debit/Credit cards. We charge 3% on top of the full auction price, including postage to cover Fastpay fees. |
Paypal is an instant online payment system run by ebay. We accept payments by Paypal. We charge 4% on top of the full auction price, including postage to cover Paypal fees. |
We accept payment via bank transfer. You can either make payment directly at any LloydsTSB branch or alternatively you can send payment via online banking. Direct transfers usualy take around 48 hours to register in our account, online transfers take approx 4 working days to clear. We ask customers using bank transfer as their payment method to provide the auction number as reference when arranging the transfer. |

We also welcome payment by cheque. We encourage customers to write their Cheque Guarantee Number on the back of their cheques as we can ship items immediately when the CGN is included. Otherwise we wait for cheques to clear into our account before shipping. We also appreciate a letter/note explaining which item payment is for. You can also send Postal orders to pay for your purchase. We request that you send postal orders by a signed-for delivery service (preferably Special Delivery) as we cannot be held responsible for any payments lost in the post. We also appreciate a letter/note explaining which item payment is for. All Postal Orders should be made out to Platinum Computing and sent to our address as listed on this auction site. |

Payments should be received by us within 5 working days of auction closing. We allow time extensions for customers wishing to set up any of the above online payment accounts.
