Some Information About Pixiepink

Giving you a little more insight into the seller.

As a seller, I consider my integrity to be very important, therefore I take time in my descriptions of an item, so as to be as objective, accurate and honest as possible & to the best of my knowledge and ability & I will only sell items I would be happy to purchase myself.

I ask that you read the description and examine the photos carefully. I also encourage you to ask any questions you may have during the auction to help clarify identification or condition, as I may inadvertently omit information that you, as a buyer, feel is important.

Positive feedback will be left, when I am sure that you are satisfied with both the service and the item you have received. Please could you confirm that the parcel arrived safely, by leaving feedback. I shall wait until you do this before leaving yours. This way I know that you have received the item safely, and are satisfied.

CLOTHING

Unless otherwise stated all the clothing is new, or the condition is as new, where they have been worn, the garments have plenty of wear left in them, if they had not they would be in the dustbin!

 

I take pride in carefully packing my items, and where possible I will use recycled packaging - my bit towards helping the enviroment! The postage charged is calculated by the weight of item and the need for sufficient packaging to avoid breakage.

As I always get a 'proof of postage', I can not be held responsible if the item subsequently goes missing or is damaged in the Royal Mail system, but I will give as much help as I possibly can in any insurance claim.

If you wish to have either recorded delivery or additional insurance, then please let me know at the end of the auction, and it can be included in the final invoice.

Please note I am not a trader, just an enthusiastic declutterer! Both for myself & my friends!
