Postage and Packaging
Take advantage of our Discounted P & P Costs. If you order more than one item at the same time we can post the items together and this makes the costs cheaper. If you purchase and pay for the items we will then calculate the actual P & P cost and refund the difference back to your Paypal account.
We post everyday (except weekends and Bank Holidays) to ensure you receive your items quickly. We use good quality packaging to ensure your purchase reaches you in the expected condition. We always get a 'Proof of Posting' from the Post Office and for higher end items we will use a Tracked Service.
We welcome Overseas Buyers, but please contact us first for shipping costs if they are not shown on the item.
Returns
We offer a Returns Option on all items unless stated in the description to comply with the Distance Selling Laws. If you purchase an item and it is not as you expected then you can return it to us unopened and in A1 condition within 7 days for a refund, excluding the P & P costs. The return postage cost is also the buyers responsibilty. Please contact us first before sending items back so we can issue a Returns Number so you refund can be processed quickly and efficently.
Faulty Items
Occassionally an item can be faulty. With best endeavours we check most products during the packing phase but it is not always possible to see a fault. If you should receive a faulty item please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund to be made on return of the faulty item.
Feedback
If you experience any problems please contact us before leaving feedback as we will do everything possible to rectify any problems to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
We always leave feedback for buyers and we would ask you to do the same. Once we have received your feedback we know you have received your item and you are happy with your purchase.
Feedback also helps other buyers when choosing their purchases as they can see the ability of the seller from the comments left by other buyers.
