Yep, I'm another convert from the 'other side'.
I have been a registered user on ebid for 4+ years but have never bothered to use it.
SO DON'T LET THE LOW FEEDBACK SCORE BOTHER YOU TOO MUCH!

Whenever possible, items paid for before noon are sent out the same day.
I aim to send all items by the next working day.
Postage discounts are available for multiple purchases - please ask!
Returns:
All standard stuff - we aim to keep things a simple as possible.
All items listed as new will either come with a standard manufacturer's guarantee or a return and replace policy.
We will only accept returns on new items only. Always check the product descriptions.
Return postage is the buyers responsibility unless faulty. We reserve the right to delay refunds until the item has been checked by the manufacturer and certified as faulty.
Payments for items returned that were purchased with free postage will incurr a 10% handling charge, deducted from refunds.
All items must be returned in original condition - packaging etc.
PLEASE CONTACT US IN ALL CASES BEFORE RETURNING GOODS.
