Although we are fairly new to Ebid, we have been an established business since 2005. 

Specializing in Authentic Native American made items from american and canadian tribal members.  We also sell a wide selection of Feathers, tanned rabbit pelts, beads & crafting supplies & have a nice line of southwest home decor accessories. 

Unless otherwise stated in listing description, all items are in stock and will ship within 1-2 business days of cleared payment.

WE DO INTERNET SALES with DIRECT SHIPPING ONLY. 

THERE IS NO PICKUP OF MERCHANDISE FROM OUR LOCATION ALLOWED 

WE MUST SHIP YOUR ITEMS. 

 PLEASE, DO NOT DROP BY TO OUR LOCATION TO SHOP OR ASK TO PICK UP YOUR PURCHASES. 

IT IS OUR HOME & WE DO NOT HAVE A PHYSICAL STOREFRONT.

Our Return policy:
We accept returns within 7 days of product receipt.  Item must be clean, unused & undamaged.  Return shipping is buyers responsibility.  We can not offer refunds until merchanise is returned.  We recommend insuring your return parcel, and using tracking, as we cannot offer refunds for items lost or damaged in return transit.  Please contact us to let us know you are returning the item & include a copy of your packing slip, name & reason for return with item so we know who to credit.
Our return address is on the shipping label and on the packing slip sent with each shipment. We refund purchase price of item or items only, not shipping cost.
Conditions: We accept full weight / count packages of feathers & beads only, no partials.  Please repackage the feathers just as carefully as we sent them to you.  Textiles must be clean, and unused & unlaundered.  We can not offer refunds for feathers or textiles or any item which smell of cigarette, cigar or pipe smoke as we cannot resell them in that condition.

Shipping damage:  If you should have shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.  Most items we ship are insured.  We will require photo verification of any damage claims.  We package our items well & 99% of all items we ship get to their destination just fine, but if damage should occur, we will assist you in filing a claim.
