TERMS AND CONDITIONS - read this before making a purchase
1. We expect payment within 48 hours of purchase and we ship within a day or two.
2. Please note that we issue no refunds or returns on our vintage items. All sales are final without exception. You are most welcome to ask for more information or more pictures – we respond within a day.
3. Our shipping rates are estimates for shipping items in the most economical fashion via Canada Post, and may not be accurate. If we find out we have grossly underestimated the shipping cost, we reserve the right to communicate with you and ask you to reimburse the difference. Also, if you require other methods of shipping (i.e: express post and the like), you must write and request it and pay the difference.
4. Although we ship Worldwide, we reserve the right to decline certain countries due to their high-risk status. We ask that you write to us for a quote for regular untracked delivery or tracked delivery before you make a purchase.
5. Our descriptions reflect our personal and honest estimate and idea of the items we list: we do our research but are not experts in every area. If you need to clarify information we provide, we will respond within a day. Items are sold as is.
6. If, in exceptional cases, we agree to take back an item, you, the buyer, must follow our instructions as how to return the item to us, and pay the full cost of return shipping. If, under those circumstances, we consider a partial or full refund, that will exclude the price we paid to ship the item to you. Buyer will also be charged 35% restocking fee, without exceptions.
7. We are not responsible for any duty or customs fees or any other fees levied by your authorities in your country. We mark each package with the true description of content and the value of the item. We cannot mark a purchase as Gift – it is against the law everywhere. So please find out what the rules are in your country before you purchase from us. We are not responsible for loss or damage of items in transit to destination.
8. We keep all shipping receipts and can supply you a copy anytime. If you did not upgrade your shipping with us to fully tracked and insured, please do not expect that service.
10. If you wish to combine shipping for several items, we will gladly do so, but please advise us so we could send you a quote.
