! I live in North Staffordshire with 3 incredibly demanding cats, Pumpkin, Stinky & Ziggy and my ever suffering husband, Tony. We've been together for almost 11 years, but we only recently finally got around to getting married!!!!

I've been making jewellery now for 12 years since I was a lowly art student - and I still have a passion for it! I've been selling on eBay now for 4 years but its time to move out to pastures new - and hence eBid! I also am a part-time jewellery designer for a silver jewellery manufacturer So together with being a self-employed craft jewellerer/designer/artist thingummy, basically, I do no other job than make and design jewellery! It doesn't make me rich though, believe me but its great to do what you love! As you'll see from the site I do other crafts - drawing on some of the skills that I learnt during my art school training.

I do pretty much everything when it comes to Moonstonedreams, I design the webpages and html (hence why its not particularly professional!), I take the pictures, I deal with the orders, answer all your questions, make everything, write the descriptions - as I say EVERYTHING! so please bare with me if I am not as quick as Amazon etc! I'm just a silly hippy girl working at home from her spare room :-)

 I'm a sort of hippy/boho/gothy cross, and have been for years and years, ever since I was a teenager - I dont think I'll ever change now! I stick out like a sore thumb, but I don't care :-) I also have the views to match by alternative dress sense, I guess I live outside of mainstream society and fashion, with alternative political views, values etc. I like to think I'm quite an ethical person (well I try).

I am also a pagan pantheist and my love for nature and the cycle of the seasons can often be seen reflected in my designs. I'm not usually one for elaborate rituals - I always feel more spiritual getting muddy in a field in the mountains, or finding ancient burial sites and stone circles in the middle of nowhere and doing my own thing drawing bits from more organised pagan routes when it suits me. I'm rather eclectic ;-)

Conwy Pottery, New Model Army, Julian Cope, 80s music, alternative rock & folk rock, Velvet (preferably in black and lots of it), Cider, goblets (I collect them!) *some* gothic stuff (sorta 80s romantic/medieval velvet & lace style Goth), my wedding besom, DM boots, The McLibel 2, people standing up for what they believe in, honesty, rainbows, recycling, trying to be ethical in all you can do, walking in the woods and collecting bits of wood that I'll take home and not sure why I've taken them home, good mates who listen to me whinge, Fair Trade and Organic food (especially choccie!), Campervans,Psychology, Boscastle, Anti-globalisation, the earth, vegetarianism, incense, History (especially Neolithic, Medieval inc. literature), old english folklore, open-minded people, the beautiful days festival, tie-dye, paganism, Celtic stuff, marmite on toast, herbs and alternative medicine, The Mediaeval Baebes,  the wicker man, my didgeridoo,  trees, life and love and all the lovely friends I have made via eBay!!!!
