I am a relatively, recent graduate and I studied at the, University of Glamorgan in Wales graduating with a BA (Hons) History & Welsh Studies 2:1 degree. As a combined studies student I studied a majority of history and Welsh studies modules (including Welsh language) plus a variety of independent research projects. I also studied computers.

 PERSONAL INTERESTS AND ACHIEVEMENTS

 Microsoft Office (working knowledge) especially Word, and intermediate keyboard skills. Advanced knowledge of the Internet. Extensive, practical experience of using Windows '98, XP, Vista and the Linux operating system, which I am currently using and have done for the past 2 years. Maintenance of my home computer (hardware and software) managed by myself. Java programming - Basic knowledge. Web Design - Intermediate knowledge.

 Researching: Mainly via the Internet e.g. Computers (keeping up-to-date with developments; education; current affairs and Welsh history. Chess: Competent chess player; started playing at the age of 9. Politics: I am active for a political party and distribute leaflets i.e. information to my local community to help keep them informed of local issues. Miscellaneous: Reading (non-fiction e.g. computers) - TV (mainly documentaries e.g. science) - walking - and occasional camping trips.

I am 52 years' young and married with two children; boy (13) and a girl (10).

 (I know the above information sounds somewhat boring, but it is an extract taken from my CV! It was the easiest way to include something about myself in record time! I will have to rewrite it in the near future when time is less pressing.)
