No response to emails
Dissapointing. Seemed to find time to bank my cheque with no delay but I took a week to dispatch my second hand motherboard. Offered to send some memory to make up for it, but then didn't do so. Goods were faulty, and he agreed to take them back,and I offered to split the postage. When I finally recieved the refund, he hadn't refunded any of the postage. Wouldn't buy from him again.
Feedback for old auction (last year). Initial problems with faulty CD-RW took too long to be addressed, but seller sent replacement (eventually) which has worked fine ever since. Hence Neutral rating

all i can say is that i apologize for the e-mails not being answered to. this was due starting a second job and not being able to e-mail anybody. this also made the delivery time 10 days. i do think the mention about packaging is unfair because the cards were wrapped in bubble wrap aswell and kadcoms feedback doesn't mention this. but i accept his point's totally and this will not happen again. PLEASE NOTE ICAN ONLY ENTER INTO CORRESPONDENCE ON FRI,SAT,SUN DUE TO WORK COMMITMENTS.
Goods arrived as described and working ok. No praise though, due to several emails getting no response, the length of time waiting for goods to arrive, and the poor packaging items were sent in (2 graphic cards in a standard A4 ripped manilla envelope)
