Returns
If you have purchased something you are unhappy with please do get in touch using the Ebid message system within 3 days of receipt and let us know what the problem is and we will do our very best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If it is a replacement you are looking for, or wishing to return an item for some other reason, then no problem, but please return the item in as new and unused condition complete with all the original packaging and labels. On the very few occasions that there is a manufacturing problem, for quality control purposes we would like to inspect the product on return.
Refunds
Anything that warrants a refund will happen as quickly as possible, and by the same means that you paid us, i.e. to either your Credit or Debit card. Please bear in mind that we cannot process compensation claims for items lost in the post until at least 15 working days after dispatch, this is because Royal Mail do not deem an item as missing until after this time frame.
Dispatch & Deliveries
UK
Your order will be dispatched as soon as practicably possible, usually within 24 hours. If there is a delay with dispatch we will email you to let you know if this is going to happen, and the reason why. For small parcel UK deliveries we use Royal Mail. Larger and heavier items are sent by courier, usually UPS. Alternatively, if you wish to collect yourself, or have other collection means in operation, then we can accommodate this.
International
We use Royal Mail to ship smaller international deliveries. Larger and heavier items are sent by Fed-ex or UPS. Deliveries to Europe normally take around 5 days, whilst the rest of the world takes up to 10 days, although often quicker.
