Any returning please inform us first, sending back without return ID (Merchandise Authorization number at ebid) will not be accepted.
The goods must be returned to the registered address of the Supplier, via a trackable means and within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
We are not responsible for item lost during return.
What do you do if your parcel is defective due to manufacturing problem?
We offer a No-hassle 14 days exchange (replace) if your parcel is defective due to manufacturing problem. The faulty item will be exchanged for the same model once the return guidelines are followed:
1. We might ask buyer to test the item in order to eliminate improper use factor, buyer has responsibility to follow the test correctly.
2. The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original package, including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc.
3. If you fail to return the goods as required, We may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.
4.Item not defective after testing or wrong item ordered by buyer will be returned at buyer's expense.
5. Customer is responsible for return postage, but we will cover all expense in sending replacement.
What do I do if my package arrives damaged?
1. When your order arrives you must check the goods for any damages or shortages.
2. Claims for damages and or shortages have to be made within 7 days of receipt of your delivery.
3. If you are able to notify us within 24 hours of delivery then this will help to expedite the replacement process.
4. Claims for damages and or shortages made after 7 days of your delivery arriving will not be accepted.
5. Please retain all of the packaging and the goods in a safe and dry environment in case you wish to return any part of your order.
We will do everything in our power to get you an acceptable replacement or to facilitate a prompt repair.

You may cancel the order at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive the goods, providing the goods have not been fitted or modified in any way and providing they are returned with the original packaging and providing the goods are in a resalable condition.
