NOT LONG 'TIL CHRISTMAS!

Hi and thank you for looking at my All About Me page. I am currently taking a break over Christmas and will be back in the New Year with new auctions and hopefully something for everyone.

PAYMENT

Please pay within 7 days of auction end. If you are bidding on auctions that finish on different days please let me know and I will wait until all auctions have finished before invoicing you.

I accept payment by PayPal, Google Checkout, postal order or cheque (please allow up to 10 days to clear). All payments must be in GBP (Stirling), so non-UK buyers pay by PayPal or Google Checkout only please.

If you are sending a postal order or cheque please let me know so that I am aware payment is on the way.

POSTAGE

I am happy to combine P&P from across my stores wherever possible, so if you would like a quote please ask. If you are bidding on items that finish on different days please let me know and I will wait for all items to finish before invoicing.

Postage and Packing (Shipping) charges are inclusive of the actual cost of posting plus a small amount to cover packaging costs. This will always be as low as possible. If I happen to underquote the P&P I will stand the loss as the error will be mine!

All items will be dispatched within 3 working days of cleared payment.

RETURNS

If you have any problems with your purchase from me please give me the opportunity to sort it/them out. I want you to enjoy your experience with me and hopefully come back for more!

If the item is not as discribed, please contact me to arrange a refund which will be paid, on receipt of the item by me, in the original packaging.

If the item is damaged in the post, please keep all the packaging and contact me for the chance to investigate.

In either case, please contact me within 2 working days of delivery to advise me of the problem. If the error is mine I will refund all P&P costs as well as the price of the item/s.

Please note: I may, at my discretion, refund if you change your mind after purchase, but only once the item/s are returned to me in the condition they were in when dispatched and only for the price of the item/s.
