RETURNS
I go to a great deal of trouble to ensure all my item descriptions are as accurate as possible. With that in mind, I won't accept "change of mind" returns, so be very sure before you bid/buy. In these instances, no P&P payments will be refunded. If an item is broken/faulty, please inform me immediately on RECEIPT and return within three days. Item must be returned in the same or similar packaging. Full payment will be refunded, except of course, where I have paid the P&P charges.
