1.About us

2.Shipping Policy
a. UK Orders
Standard Delivery FREE SHIPPING on all orders within UK. It takes about 2-3 working days.
Express Delivery £5.95 and aims to have your parcel delivered within 2 working days.
*These estimates are on the basis that orders are placed before 2pm Monday-Friday and your products are in stock.
Please note:
We do not send orders on weekends or Bank Holidays. If you place an order after 2pm on a Friday, it will be processed and sent on the following Monday.
If there is a discrepancy with any couriers, we can only issue a refund once an enquiry has been raised with the courier and we have a response from them. This will be issued at our discretion.
We cannot refund or resend orders which have been lost within your workplace. If an order is delivered to your workplace, it is your responsibility to track down the parcel.
b. International Orders
We offer Standard delivery services to other countries. Please message us for a quote of your destination.
3.Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your purchase but we understand there are reasons you may wish to return your item/s.
If we have made an error with your order, or you have received your order in a damaged or faulty condition, you can return it to us within 14 days of the date you received the item. Please note: Items must be in their original condition and include all labels. Sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered). We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
All returned items must be unopened and in their original condition and packaging (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund.
a. RETURNING ORDERS – STEP BY STEP
1. Have your order confirmation handy
2. Fill out the returns section below
3. Print off the Free returns address label generated (UK only)
4. Pack your item(s), attach the address label and send back to us
5. Once your item(s) has been received and checked, a refund will be applied to the debit/credit card used to pay once we’ve processed it – you’ll also get a notification on your inbox here.
b. REFUND
All of our items are checked thoroughly before dispatch and lovingly packed, however in the unlikely event an item is faulty, the normal returns procedure will apply and a full refund will be given. If your item is faulty, please message before returning your goods. Once we receive the item (must be unused and in resalable condition), we aim to process refunds within 48 hours of receipt.
c. EXCHANGE
We do not currently offer exchanges as we can not guarantee stock levels at time of receiving your exchange request. If you would like to exchange for an alternative product, we would recommend returning your original order and placing a new order for your preferred item . From there, you can then continue to make a new order for the correct item.
