Under the Distance Selling Regulations, comic books and graphic novels are classed as periodicals and, as such, we are under no obligation to accept a cancellation or return. Although we go to every length possible to ensure that damaged comic books are not sold to customers but are returned to the supplier, slight imperfections, such as minor scuffing to the top, bottom and along the spine or slight marking during printing, are common in the comic book industry and not classed as damaged.
