My name is Janet Barrett and I used to own and operate a market stall in the UK in the 90's, selling my hand crafted items and making custom orders, until my health went into a sudden decline and I couldn't operate any more. I then employed a few agents, on a commission basis, to do craft parties for me, selling items I had crafted and accepting strictly limited orders.

I moved to the USA in 2003 where I eventually started selling online on different venues with a lot of success until I found and joined eBid on 1st February 2008.

There is nothing more relaxing than crafting unique jewelry pieces. Mother nature with it's spectacular sunsets, woodland forests or sparkling brooks give me the inspiration to create. In my store I offer an assortment of items such as key ring holder plaques to hang on your wall, an assortment of premium fragrance oils and a few rubber stamps for scrap-booking. I also have a few Hummel items including Avon and Precious Moments. You will also find some dated National Geographic maps and other bits and bobs. Have a look around in my collectibles section

I dabble in crocheted and knitted items, including, baby booties, berets, caps and hats, bibs/burp cloths, blankets, button flowers, cushion covers, dish cloths and cleaning cloths, hot pads and pot holders, scarves and shawls and a few scrubbies. Visit my knit and crochet section here

I have been so busy these past few years making hand made greetings cards for family and friends that I end up with a glut of cards left over which I sell to help pay for fresh crafting supplies. You can find them here: A card for you might be here





Payment Options:

• Accepted payment options are a United States Postal Service Money Order, Cashier's Check, Paypal and Cash. No other form of payment accepted.
• United States Postal Money Orders and Cashier's Checks, are to be signed plus a listing # added and to be received within 10 days after end of listing date.
• Paypal payment to be made within 3 days after end of listing date.

Shipping Information:

• I ship Monday through Friday once payment has been verified and cleared and will notify you when item has been shipped. Saturday/Sunday shipping not available.
• Shipping times can vary but usually take 2-10 working days First Class Mail excluding weekends and public holidays. I cannot guarantee 'bad weather' times.
• Make sure that your shipping address is up-to-date (same address) both at eBid and PayPal.

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping prices on regular listings include shipping/packaging/handling costs.
• Shipping/packaging/handling costs are incorporated into the total item prices of FREE SHIPPING listings.

Insurance:

• It is recommended that you insure your items.
• If you require added insurance, let me know and I will add it to the shipping cost.
• Some items will have insurance added to the shipping costs.

Returns Policy:

• Buyer must contact Seller within three (3) days after receipt of merchandise regarding all damages/shortages.
• Items damaged due to customer abuse or neglect will not be considered for credit or replacement.
• Original packaging is required for all returns.
• Seller will refund all costs if items are grossly misrepresented, otherwise, 'change of heart' or 'change my mind' items prices will be refunded only, less shipping/handling upon receipt of returned merchandise.

• Feedback is much appreciated and appropriate feedback will be given.

How much time do I have to pay?

• You have up to 3 days to make an online payment and up to 14 days if you are sending payment through the mail.

I don't know you so I'm a bit wary of sending you payment through the mail. What assurances do I have that you'll receive my payment and honor it?

• I cannot guarantee that I'll receive your payment in the mail. We have to trust the postal service to do it's job. It is always best to add USPS Tracking, when sending payments this way. It is highly recommended that you use Signature Confirmation for any payments over $100.00 or whatever you are comfortable with. You will have a recorded transaction and will be able to check online when I have received payment. You will, of course, be notified by me when I do receive your payment.
