As you will note I have imported my feedback . I do realise this is a controversial issue so I do apologise if I have irritated anyone however I have tried over the last five years to be a good seller on another auction site and I do feel that this would contribute to my selling on Ebid.
I sell quality shoes at fair prices. I accept Paypal, Postal Order, Personal Cheque and I post orders within 24 hours of having received cleared payment (sometimes I manage to post the same day) and I will always assist you with any concerns you may have. Please just email me and I shall respond within 24 hours. If you have not received a reply within this time please contact me again as sometimes an email does go astray.
I list honestly and accurately. Occasionally a mistake can be made and if this is the case I shall rectify this immediately. Again, all you need to do is contact me for assistance. I accept returns however unless I have made an error in the listing then return postage will have to be paid by the buyer. All items have to be returned trackable with box, tags etc. intact and shoes unworn. Thank you.
