I won't bore you with loads of 'me' stuff.. suffice to say:

Like many others I've 'experienced' feePay and decided enough was enough - I just wish I'd found eBid earlier!  My feedback 'over there' was (is) 650+.. 100% positive. If you'd like to check it out, my username is 'andruel'.  Talking of feedback.. I Always leave genuine fb, whether buying or selling.  It's an important 'marker' that helps  other members assess a buyer/seller. If you decide to buy one of my items I won't be happy until I know you are completely satisfied with your purchase, and the best way to show this is through feedback.

InOurShop  the 'Main store'..

Apart from a few cars, bikes & library pics, my eBid items consist of My designs on lots of great products, many of which I haven't had time to list, yet.  Most of my items are 'made-to-order', but I'm trying to increase my level of stock by adding various extra items to each order.  I realise I'll never hold stock of 'everything' - there's just too much!  The best way to see the current product range is to take a look InOurShop  (opens in new window), and if you can't find what you're looking for or have any suggestions, let me know!

DesignYourOwn-Gifts

I've already added many items to my DesignYourOwnGifts store, where (funnily enough) you can add Your Own designs, photos, logos, celebrity etc to any of the products : ) The process is easy-peasy, as you will see.. If you'd like to see what your design/photo will look like on a product Before buying, send me the pic and I'll send you bak a pic of what the finished product will look like.. 

Every now & then I slip a couple of auctions into the pot at 'giveaway' prices.. or they could just have a low (silly) start price, or 'BoGoF' (buy one get one free), or free postage, etc.. These aren't advertised, and they nearly always slip through without a bid(!)

Despatch & Postage

Items despatched from the UK are usually sent within 24hrs, by Royal Mail '1st Class' or '1st Class Recorded' (signed for).  They're often despatched Same Day if the order is recieved before 2.00pm.

Made-to-Order items are despatched from Hong Kong, in just 1-3 days. However, airmail & local delivery can push this up to 7-14 working days (total). These items are of Excellent quality (Guaranteed) and the delivery price quoted (usually £0.00 - £2.00).

I'm more than happy to combine shipping & save you money wherever possible, but I can't combine 'made-to-order' items (shipped from Hong Kong) with stock/other items (sent from the UK), sorry.  That's out of my hands.

Payment Options

PayPal & Google Checkout are fine..  PPPay.com transactions only accepted from VERIFIED accounts.  I will accept Cheques & Postal Orders if it helps you out, but remember - cheques & Crossed Postal Orders can take ages to clear. Payments other than those (above) will have to be cancelled or returned, sorry, unless other arrangements are agreed prior to auction end..

Guarantee

I Never leave my customers out of pocket - if an item is returned  & found to be defective upon examination I will arrange it's replacement or refund immediately and contact you to discus.  Plus, I will either refund you for the cost of postage or offer an additional product to the same or greater value of the postage.

Returns

If you are not happy with your item, for Any Reason Whatsoever, please follow these steps:

 (i) Email full details of the product & problem, preferably within 1-2 days.  Include the eBid auction #, your own Name & Username, Address and preferred method of contact. I will respond as quickly as possible, but Please wait for this response before returning any products.

(ii) If an item needs to be returned, please include the original packing with a cover note and send your item to my (listed) address.  Items under £10.00 value can be sent using the standard postal services.

Customers outside the UK

Where items are advertised as available 'Worldwide' please pay using only PayPal, PPPay.com or Google Checkout. If in doubt, please contact me BEFORE bidding/buying.  You are covered by the same service and guarantees as my UK customers, but the 'Returns' process will be different, making it all the more important to contact me in the first instance with any problems.
