Our products are produced to conform to all relevent safety criteria and our factories are audited by independent 3rd party companies to ensure their ethical and quality standards are up to scratch. We mainly supply big retailers with bulk quantity products but here on our webstore a small selection of products can be purchased by the public. Returns Policy:
In the unlikely event that you want to return an item, Hitari accepts returns for manufacturing faults only and within 14 days of receipt of product, returns for manufacturing faults will be refunded at the total buying price paid for on ebid. The cost of the return will be the responsibility of the buyer . Hitari does not accept returns for reason such as change of mind, wrong colour bought, products damaged after dispatch or during transit, water/sand damage, parts broken during use, badly looked after products, wrong usage of products etc.
