Gamezu are based in Devon in the UK We are a professional business seller of Gaming Accessories , Our product brands include Astro Gaming , Kontrol Freek , Steel Series , Razor Gaming , Trigger Treadz , Hori , DreamScreen , X-Gamer and Hyper X.

We use Hermes for delivery within the UK and ship outside of the UK via Royal mail tracked airmail

Orders recieved before 2pm are shipped same day

We always strive to offer good customer service.If a customer recieves a product that is damaged,faulty or in some way differs from the item ordered they should contact us within 30 days of receipt and return the product.We will offer a replacement if available or a full refund.The customer may be asked to fill in a defect form with the return.After the 30 day period the customer will usually be covered by the manufacturers warranty and will be advised on how to contact them
