MARGARET JOHNSON'S FERAL CATS

We are two sisters who are often given items to sell to raise money for rescued feral cats and we also help other animal lovers with their cats and dogs and one couple who are looking after a three legged semi-feral cat as well have having quite a few cats and dogs of their own all rescued of course!

We have  a number of feral cats placed out in country homes so that they can live in natural surroundings and come and go as they please for food and  a warm place to sleep especially in the cold winter months

A BIT ABOUT OUR AUCTION ITEMS, you will know by now that all the goods we sell have been donated to us by generous cat lovers, so that we can sell them to raise money to buy food, litter and any veterinary fees that we might incur for the rescued cats.

When the goods come to us, they are all checked by our cat loving volunteers for defects, cracks etc and are all washed, if it is needed, Claire ensures that all the items are clean and fresh and often will sit in the evening giving it an extra brush and Lynda checks any mechanical or electrical item i.e test to see if it operates as it should and put new batteries in etc. CD's, Cassettes, Records and Video's are all played to ensure that they are what they say they are and that there are no scratches, and videos and cassettes are all rewound back to the beginning. One volunteer completes all jigsaw puzzles to ensure that there are no pieces missing

If neither of us is happy with the item then we don't sell it!

We try to give an accurate description of each item before it is put on to eBid.

Our payment and posting Policies

Please contact us within 3 days of the auction ending and please pay within 7 of the end date.

Postage rules

If payment is cleared by noon on Wednesday the your item will be posted on that day if not then I am sorry but it will be posted the following week this is because we are rural and have mobility problems

Alos please note that is you are paying by cheque or crossed postal orde, we are only able to pay them into the bank on a wednesday or thursday as we have to rely on someone to do it for us as we live rural, have no transport and a have moblity problems, this means that they will not clear until the following Tuesday

Items that are going by courier get booked on a Wednesday to be collected on Thursday and should be delivered on the Friday.

We accept payment using Nochex , Cheques and postal orders to be made payable to L Snowden, we do accept paypal payments but prefer not to be paid by this method if the goods are less than £10 because there fees are high on small amounts

Our postage rates includes the cost of posting, packaging and administration costs and if we have overestimated the postage a lot ,,we  sometimes offer a refund

We offer reduced postage on multiple buys and try to keep  postage costs down the minimum ,and we use recycled packaging whenever possible.

Because our goods have been donated, we prefer not to give refunds, but in some cases, we will if the goods have been damaged in transit or you feel that we have inaccurately described the item we will endeavour to rectify any complaints, please email us first and we hopefully can come to an amicable agreement in all cases if you are going to return the goods buyer pay the return postage cost THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO READ THIS Our aim is to keep the customer satisfied
