RETURNS
If you need to return your item please email within 7 days of receipt of your item.
Please state the reason for return, order reference number or item title along with your contact name, telephone number and address.
Please return items along with their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
It is strongly recommended that you return by a trackable delivery service,
i.e. Royal mail recorded delivery as Deelights-jewellery will not be responsible for items that go missing on return.
Faulty / damaged items can be returned for a full refund including return postage costs or a replacement item.
