BY ME GIVING HIM A POSITIVE FEEDBACK IN THE FIRST PLACE INSTEAD OF NEGATIVE, HE SHOULD HAVE 2 NEGATIVES SO HERE IT IS.

CHEEKY ARESOLE SAID HE SENT PAYMENT, PAYMENT NEVER RECEIVED, DOESNT SEND OR REPLY TO E-MAILS AND THEN GIVES ME A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK WITH OUT FINDING OUT WHAT HAPPENDED TO PAYMENT, IF SENT CHEQUE WHY DIDNT HE CHECK HIS BANK ACCOUNT, HE WOULD HAVE SEEN IT HADNT BEEN CASHED, IF SO NOT BY ME, CHECK MY OTHER FEEDBACK. I GAVE HIM A CHANCE.

(positve should have been negative).won bid, said he was sending payment but it is now 3 weeks and still no payment, thus resulting in a negative feedback. Z-------
