I paid for this item on the 6th of november it is now the 24th of november and has not been shipped i e-mailed him twice and got no reply

the palette was ok when i got it (which took quite a while) as the eyeshadows are an ok quality but when i recieved it, the whole case was broken so i was really disappointed when i recieved it.
The service was really good. The delivery was on time. Actually I've already recommended them to my friend and he's already bought them too. This makes clear how satisfied I am. Thank you.
Smelled of smoke. Some disks where stuck together as glue from covers seems to have melted.
