I am 67years old, I enjoy selling online very much and try to make my customers happy..

I always combine postage and can send a box of jewellery for £3 - I post second class unless otherwise agreed.
Returns I pay for if there is a problem with the item in any way.
All I can do is try my best

I think it will be hard to try and build up some customers but I can only try

after six months I didn't realise how hard it would be to attract customers to EBid
I have some lovely items and must try harder to sell them
The other sellers are lovely and helpful
