*STANDARD DELIVERY*
Items are dispatched within a maximum of 72 hours (often within 48 hours) of received payment.
The average delivery time after cleared payment is 5-8 working days.
Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday (no dispatches on weekends or holidays).
*UPGRADED DELIVERY*
Should you prefer your item(s) to be delivered to Mainland UK via a courier as opposed to Royal Mail, this can be arranged on most items, for a small fee of £2.49 per order.
This service will reduce your delivery time and enable you to track your order.
Please note the fee is in addition to the standard delivery charge.
If you would like to add upgraded delivery to your order, please inform me immediately after you've placed your order and an amended invoice will be sent to you before you make payment.
*DELIVERY OF MULTIPLE ITEMS*
Shipping discount applies for purchases of more than one item for the same address.
In this case please wait for invoice showing amended shipping costs, before making payment.
*PAYMENT TERMS*
Payments must be made via Paypal within 3 days of using the 'Buy Now' function.
*RETURNS AND REFUNDS*
IMPORTANT: *DO NOT return any item without contacting us first.
Please contact us via eBid and we will inform you of the appropriate returns address and instructions. These will vary depending on the item purchased*
If you change your my mind...
You MUST notify us via email within 7 (seven) days of receipt if you change your mind and wish to return the item. Returned items must be in suitable condition i.e. complete, unused and in their original undamaged packaging.
Shipping charges for returning the item are borne by the buyer.
If a product is faulty...
If any products are faulty or defective, you MUST notify us via email within 7 (seven) days of receipt. We will replace the products and redeliver them to you at our own cost.
In the unlikely event that any order is incorrect, it MUST be notified to us via email within 7 (seven) days after delivery. The products can be returned to us and we will redeliver the correct order at our own cost.
