Our hours of business are Monday to Friday 9:00am – 3:00pm.
All orders placed before 12 noon are dispatched the same working day, any purchases made thereafter will be dispatched the following working day. (Monday – Friday)
Orders are sent via 2nd class.
Orders are dispatched to the whole of the United Kingdom.
If the order is especially large or heavy we will need to use a courier service.
My Hermes / FedEx – 48hr service
If we send your order via courier we can, on request forward a tracking number.
In the unlikely event your order is delayed, we will contact you with an updated dispatch date.
