Returns Accepted
You a total of thirty days to open a case and return an item.
Should the item prove to be faulty we will reimburse all reasonable return costs provided the item is in our possession within the thirty days, thereafter it will be at our discretion.
If you simply change your mind and wish to return the item then you must bear the return postage cost.
Please ensure the item is in the same condition as you received it.
