For international bidders, your purchase will be shipped via Airmail normally, again this can be changed if agreed - insured services can be found and quoted should you wish to use them, please let me know which shipping you'd prefer.
Gaynor always tries where possible to combine S/H for cheaper postage costs so please keep checking the shop for other/new artwork, prints or/and art cards, etc.

Please understand that Gaynor is not responsible for any import tax/customs tax that you may receive on delivery of your item if international.
For goods moving within the EU, import duties and taxes do not usually apply.
However, for goods imported from non-EU countries, Customs charges do apply, these may include import duty, excise duty and import VAT.
Goods with a value exceeding £18 (for commercial items including internet/mail order purchases), or £36 in the case of gifts between private individuals, are generally subject to Customs charges.
Normally charges are calculated upon the declared value (plus postage for commercial items).

How to pay for your item.
Normal Payment for UK residents is Paypal preferred.
Also accepting Postal Orders from UK Customers.
Cheques will only be accepted from UK residents for values of £10 or more in goods. At this moment only PAYPAL is accepted as payment from international customers.
Artwork: Prices do not include copyright.
Copyright remains with the artist unless otherwise agreed & negoiated.

Please contacte within 3 days after end of auction.
Payment is expected within 7 days of the end of the auction/you placed your bid.
Gaynor is not responsible for lost/stolen cheques/Postal Orders, in the post - please contact mail service provider and cancel cheques asap in that instance.
If you do not intend to pay please do not bid.
Please read all the description of the item.
If item is damaged during shipping, please let Gaynor know so she can contact the service provider. In these instances you may need to send the item back to her so she can make a claim for reimbursement of your item.
Please ensure that if your purchase is more than £27 to ask for a postal service with adequate insurance in case something untoward happens on its way to you, so you can be reimbursed.
Gaynor only make refunds for damaged/lost goods via postal insurance and will place a claim for you. If the item isn't covered for the cost then of course she cannot claim the full amount - PLEASE ensure you have adequate cover.
Any returns must be made within 7 days and contact to advise Gaynor must be made immediately.
Any items qualifying for refund will be less postage and packaging.
PLEASE NOTE: ITEMS ARRIVING DAMAGED IN THE POST SHOULD NOT BE SIGNED FOR.
Any items being returned should be sent as received (if broken so that claim may be made if applicable) or as Gaynor sent it, in pristine condition, any rips, marks, etc that have not been done during transit will not be honoured under her refund policy.
All original artwork is guaranteed to be 100% original work by Gaynor Lewis.
Gaynor doesn't accept returns for " I changed my mind" or "it doesn't match my colour scheme", etc. She's seen alot of it happening to artists and its not right. If thats the type of thing you do, please don't bid/purchase her items as she won't oblige.
Gaynor will accept returns for something that is her fault(wrong item sent, etc) and do her best to make it right asap.
Feedback is only left after complete transaction. This isn't after payment but after Gaynor knows that you have received your item(s) safely and that you are happy with the transaction. This includes those that may pay 'late' even if a reminder has been sent out. Sometimes computers break down and real life things also kick in - Gaynor understands and so after payment within reasonable time and complete transaction has been made, under normal circumstances positive feedback is still left.
