Giving you a little more insight into the seller.
Welcome to Past Times. I have been selling various collectibles since the early '90s, and online since 1998, mainly to sustain my own collecting, my love of visiting auctions, thrift stores and antique stores and my inability to pass up a good bargain. I collect a variety of things but my main interests are Arts & Crafts era furniture, linens, pottery and all that pertains to the A&C era. I also love and collect vintage (and some new) Scottie items, much of which I shall start selling later this year. (My basement floweth over.)
I work hard to keep a good reputation as a seller. Here are my selling policies:
Returns - I accept returns within 10 days of reciept of the purchase. If you are returning the item because of a significant error in description or other listing error, I will pay return postage as well as give a refund. If you simply change your mind, I will refund but you will be responsible for return shipping. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact me so we can agree on what to do.
Shipping - I ship the most economical choice of USPS. I'm happy to combine items for lower shipping. Just let me know that you are not through bidding or shopping my store. Feel free to request quicker shipping, i.e. priority instead of parcel post. I charge actual shipping charges but sometimes estimate wrong. If that happens, I refund the difference.
Condition - I try to be clear and fair in all my listings but sometimes overlook something or forget an important point. Please ask any questions and I will try to answer as quickly as I can.
Feedback - I leave feedback for all my customers and would appreciate receiving it from you. If there is a problem with any purchase, please contact me before leaving feedback so I can address any complaints.
