Some Information About AJDTrading
AJD Trading are a Business seller and you are protected under UK Law on any purchases you make from us.
We have been trading on EBAY for around 6 years and have maintained a very good feedback and customer satisfaction rating on EBAY.
We are also a Paypal registered merchant which means if you pay through Paypal you will receive automatic cover of £500 on your purchase. As we take great care in our descriptions however and sell only new Brand New UK stock (not imports like most other sellers whose items usually come with no UK warranty and quite often foriegn printed manuals and the incorrect cables and Power Supplies)
Unlike many other sellers we also have a returns policy. If you purchase from a Business seller they are required under UK law to offer a returns policy unless the item has been manufactured to a specific requirement, if they do not it is best to avoid them or report them to Trading Standards. If purchasing items from private individuals then there is no requirement for Private sellers to offer any sort of return or refund policy on items purchased.

Any unopened item can be returned within 7 Business days for a full refund minus the postage cost. The safe return of the item by insured trackable courier and also the cost of return is the responsibility of the buyer.
All products we sell including Hardware and Software come with UK support and warranties from the Manufacturer. For technical and installation queries as well as fault reporting please refer to the Manufacturer warranty that comes with your item. If you require the phone numbers for any manufacturer especially Software you can usually refer to their websites or contact us and we will be glad to give you the correct telephone numbers for any support required. In some cases especially with Microsoft Software we can actually answer some more common questions with regards to installation problems.
Products that have been opened cannot be returned
We list our telephone numbers and email address on all our listings both on EBAY and EBID as well ask the ask seller a question forms. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or as with many people would just like to know there is someone actually here to talk to.
