Thank you, I received the parcel, the problem is the threads are not numbered as per pattern scheme, so its useless, there are no numbers on the threads, the numbers that are written on separate paper
saw it cheaper on amazon asked if they would refund the price difference which was 45p as a gesture of good will, did get a prompt refund be this was spoilt by a rude response
