Ordered and sent pictures to personalise but received 1 wrong banner even though I ordered 2 to personalise. Contacted numerous times to solve in the past 2 weeks and had no response and my child's birthday is today without the banners I ordered.

I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN,TOOK A WEEK TO ARRIVE AND THEN I HAD TO GO TO THE POST OFFICE TO PICK IT UP AND PAY £1.69 POSTAGE FOR IT

The card never arrived, i have emailed 5 times and left my mobile number and no one has contacted me back via email or mobile, there is no telephone number to contact them, would not recommend
