POST OFFICE - DEFINITIVES WALES FIRST DAY COVER 1983.
This auction is for an unaddressed Post Office Definitives Wales First Day cover with a Cardiff FDI pictorial cancellation dated 27 April 1983.
Condition of the cover can be seen in the photograph. There was an address label which has become detatched leaving gum residue.
