Vintage French Limoges Cernet Goblet

Beautiful goblet in white with green and gilt decoration. Marked on the base 'Limoges France. Cernet Limoges' and then another word that I can't make out. In good condition, a little wear to the gilt on rim, but no chips or cracks.
