AirCard 318U is unlocked, it means You can use it with any network sim card, there is no software inside dongle as a default, You will receive link to download software, alternatively while purchasing You can pick version with microSD card installed, this card will have stored software, so plug&use then. I tested it with EE and Giffgaff sim card. Most APN settings build in, in rare cases You just need type connection APN for Your sim card provider and click to connect, if You need any specified network connection details, just send me message, and I'll check dongle profile for You.
